Preparing your home for the market starts with an in-home consultation, scheduled before listing photos and showings begin. During this visit, I provide expert recommendations on what should stay, what can be removed, and which small improvements will make the biggest impact.
STAGING
Using your existing furnishings, I thoughtfully rearrange and refine each space to highlight the home’s best features. I’ll also advise on items that should be placed in storage and can coordinate those arrangements if needed. In staging, less truly is more, and the goal is to help buyers instantly envision themselves in the space.
